The hotel's location near the lively promenade and in the midst of a bustling park is a plus. the comfortable room and impressive amenities are also pluses, along with the super comfortable bed and hot shower. the breakfast included in the room's rate is great and the hotel restaurant provides tasty fares at an excellent price.

The staff's poor service, especially in the restaurant, was a letdown.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel which offered great service. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, situated in a peaceful park and within walking distance to the main attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable beds in our room and the warm atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the best aspects was definitely the delicious Christmas meal they served.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. the breakfast selection could have been better, especially for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Strumica. The ambiance was fabulous and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even played rock music during breakfast, setting a cheerful mood. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

We loved this hotel! Clean and modern facilities, private parking available and located in a lovely green space by a park. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was close to the Centre of town and the bus terminal.

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a flat-screen TV to ironing facilities, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hotel also offers free parking and Wi-Fi, ensuring convenience and connectivity throughout my stay.
